AmFIRST REIT is the first Malaysian REIT to be managed by a professional REIT manager which is independent of the Sponsor. AmFIRST REIT is managed by Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture between AmInvestment Group Berhad and ARA Asset Management (Malaysia) Limited, part of the ARA Group and a member of the Cheung Kong Group in Hong Kong.
