great post, but I am somewhat confused with the ROB and ROC, can I said ROB= Sole/Partnership and ROC=Sdn Bhd?

Hi Kad, yes, I totally agree, you need lots of ‘patience’ to go through the whole process.

Isn’t that the irony of the service- you have to talk to a guy over the phone to use the online service? Isn’t the whole point of an online service to reduce such administrative workload?

I can only suggest that the people who built these services get their friends and family to use it, and work on the feedback they get, before launching it to the public.

I just tried the service. Patience is all i can say. I actuallly called their help line and had the guy talk me through the whole process. pretty simple once you get he hang of it. got my cert emailed to me in 15miins!

okay okay, found it! It still only work with Internet Explorer lah! :(
