My wife does mostly internet banking but we do down to the bank for other purpose at least once a week. I find the lines not much an issue any longer. People are using the internet more and more I think.

In our area there must be alot more competition for bank business as they stay open later and even open for half of Saturday. That never happened when I was younger.

banks really caters for business ppl..they are the ones who are the ones who make big transactions during weekdays. As for us 9-5 ppl…too bad…we just have to resort to online transactions (which is cool since petrol price is so expensive nowadays) and skipping lunch/work just for a queue in our local bank haha

not only bank, government offices should open on saturdays too.
i remember last time gov. offices open half day on saturdays. then they switch to “close on first and thrid saturdays of the month”.
Now, every saturday close.. what's next? half day on Fridays for sembahyang?
