Introduction

Here’s one question that I feel is best answered with even more questions. I’m sure if when you were shopping for your first insurance policy, you would have a hard time deciding how much exactly you should be covering yourself. Most, if not all the time, our coverage is determined by our budget. Although your budget is one of the important factor that needs to be taken into consideration, there are many other factors that would affect how much you should insure yourself.

The scope of this topic is very wide in itself, and I will try to cover as much as I can, and I am thinking of writing them as a short series, since I always like the idea of cooking the post a bit before jotting them down into words.

Just how much of coverage do you need? I do not think there’s a definitive figure, but rather it’s an objective one. I shall start on the first series of article in the next few days.
