If anyone of you here reading this is working in Hong Leong, can you help end the misery of all Hong Leong bank customers by suggesting to your not-so-customer-oriented-management to install automatic cheque deposit machines in your branches, if not all, at least in the most frequented branches.
Each time I tried depositing a cheque during the weekends into your current Cheque Machine, I am ALWAYS (read: 100% of the time) greeted with a “Envelope Jam!” error. I have now learn to slip the cheques under your door, just like how many of your customers are doing every weekend. I am glad you still get the cheques every month (sarcasm sincerely intended).
For the sake of Hong Leong bank customers nationwide, especially those in Klang Valley who has been suffering cheque-deposit-withdrawal-symptom, please do something about it.
