Not bad at all! There’ll be an increase in fund size for ASW 2020 soon, but it’s solely for the purpose of reinvestment.
Amanah Saham Wawasan (ASW 2020) has chalked up better returns with an increase in income distribution at 7.10 sen per unit for the financial year ending Aug 31, 2005, up by 0.10 sen per unit compared with the year before, said Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB).
“The income distribution will translate to a total payment of RM153.90 million for this year, an addition of RM19.52 million compared with RM134.38 million last year,” chairman of PNB Tan Sri Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid said at a press conference here Friday.
The payment would be made to 686,995 unit holders of ASW 2020 holding a total of 2.683 billion units.
