Why not focus on a “heart-lift” instead? Has any of their directors dine in their own branches before? I mean without letting the staff members knowing that they are the directors, that is.
My last experience recently was in May, at the KL Sentral’s Chicken Rice Shop. The staffs there seriously live up to the name, where they run around like headless chickens, without anyone specializing at a specific task. One staff can be seen doing the ordering and can also be at the cash register later…
The set meals we ordered wasn’t complete and it was so badly managed that we tell them “Forget it.” after waiting for one hour.
There will be splashes of red and yellow and larger-than-life posters to bring out the vibrancy of the chain, said TCRS Restaurants Sdn Bhd director Wong Kah Lin.
“Much of the change has to do with changing lifestyles. Customers want new things, be it a new place to dine or menu,” said managing director Gaik Wong.
