DIY Goes Haywire

Sometimes, you just got to leave it to the professionals.

I’ve just bought an MP3 Player for my car (I just can’t stand having to juggle among so many Audio CDs). Being a rather “veteran” PC mechanic, I thought assembling a new audio player would be rather similar to the installation of a CD-ROM.

I was wrong.

It took a bit of sweat to remove the front panel. Following that, I’d to remove the old radio player out of the casing, and my friend who’d some engineering background easily took care of that.

Finally, when it’s time to connect the wires to the new audio player, we hit the wall. With the available resources and “technical level” we’d, there’s no way we could proceed with the installation. Sigh… I guess there’s no “Plug and Play” support

Luckily I was still able to start the car :-P
