TMNuts

Never mind all the rebranding, they can’t even get simple things like my phone line or StreamyX working at the same time.

First, my line had data connection (StreamyX) working fine, while I can’t make outgoing calls. I can still live with this. Still, I thought a phone line that can’t make outgoing calls is faulty, and decided to call up TMNuts for assistance.

They didn’t reply me for the next 2 weeks, until I buzzed them again. This time, they fixed an appointment which they didn’t intend to keep…nice trick.

They came again few days later. The repairman fixed the phone line and left. Now, I have my phone line back. Due to the lousy TMNuts phone line, I was never able to have both phone line and StreamyX working at the same time, so I always had to manually connect the phone or the ADSL modem directly to the data point. This means I can only use either the phone or StreamyX at any one time. However, this time things got worse after the repair, I plugged in my ADSL modem to the data point, the Status LED was blinking and the ADSL light is dead! (-_-”)

Truly the legendary TMNuts…and the worse part is, you have to make different complaints for phone line (T.M.) and StreamyX (TMNut). TM’s attitude towards customers are one of the worst possible treatment there is in town.

Further updates will only be available until my StreamyX is back online again. Dial-up is costly.
