Bank Officer’s Side Income

Even the banks that the public entrust their savings to are not safe. I guess it’s just human-nature (or human-error), an element that even the best security measures cannot hinder.

Just when we thought only these people had funny ideas, it seems that nobody can resist the temptation of the sexy ATMs.

Spending away on the public’s expenses…

She was in charge of filling up the automated teller machines (ATMs) at the bank.However, the 32-year-old female bank officer would keep a few hundred ringgit for herself each time she refilled the machines.

This went on for three years and the woman is said to have embezzled more than RM300,000. After filling up her own coffers, she took her husband for holidays and shopping sprees in Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

    the bank also go ‘banana’ one leh….
    if the system is right, the amount in and out will be traced from the beginning….
    can not be everytime also missing money under the same PIC…

    huZmid, I guess the best security system in this case would be the “Milo Tin”.
