However, for most investors, they would rather have a reliable agent who will handle the switchings and rebalancing of their portfolios for them, since that's the main reason they invest in mutual funds anyway- to save time and leave the paperwork to their agents. With S&P; as the external investment advisor, this Fund should perform pretty well. Let's hope for the best! Hi YS,
