Lampe Berger: Scam or No Scam?

I didn’t expect that this thread is still alive after so many months since I posted it. I would like to hereby make a conclusion to this entire furor over the legitimacy of the whole Lampe Berger thing.

First of all, my conclusion is totally made up of my own opinion, and it might not suit your way of looking at the whole thing. But I hope you do not take offence or feel that I am in any way saying what you think right now is wrong. All I am hoping is that we look at this whole agenda in an objective manner, and if you ever start feeling uncomfortable as you read through this post, click the ??lose Window? or Ctrl+W? button immediately, and we can still be friends! :-D

Okay, here goes??Firstly, I do not want to condemn the way Lampe Berger is going about their distributing or recruiting scheme. If someone is making profit out of it, fine. If someone is enjoying the process of distributing and recruiting using the scheme, fine. As for me, after looking at the grand scheme of things, I have personally concluded that to use such a scheme to achieve my personal financial freedom is not aligned with my personal guidelines.

You see, this is a personal choice. I can neither make this choice for you nor for anyone else. You need to check with your conscience and if you think your decision can make you sleep soundly at night, than it?? the right thing to do.

Many of you might say that some people are brainwashed into joining the scheme, but how can one be brainwashed without being actively involved in the decision making process. Let?? not go into hypnotism here, we are here talking about adults who have learn enough about how to differentiate whether an act is helping others or harming others. So, for those who are brainwashed, you must already have the intention inside of you before you can make the decision to do something.

Back to the issue, I would like to point out that this scheme is neither evil nor good. This scheme only becomes evil if some greedy individual make use of it to victimized other individuals to achieve his objective.

This scheme is good if it?? used to distribute a product with the intention to reduce cost and increase efficiency so that more people can enjoy the product at a reasonable price.

Once again, the good and bad of this plan do not lie in the plan itself, but with the executor of the plan. If you have no idea whether the execution has resulted into something positive or negative, just listen to the feedback of the people who has joined the plan or used the product. This should give you a very good standpoint to judge your action and also to review if you should continue the cycle again. Judging can also be very difficult if you do not posses the necessary experience and information, and hence it is better for you to seek advice or opinions from people who are more knowledgeable than you and of course, whose opinions you respect.

I would like to re-emphasize my standpoint; I do not want to condemn this marketing plan?. I have personally used my own guidelines? to evaluate the whole scheme and have concluded that I am unable to accept the way this scheme works and hence if I?? join this business, it will make me a very unhappy person. No doubt, some people are making tonnes of profit from it, and that?? good for them, and I hope they are able to give as much as they??e received. As for me, I can still achieve my financial objectives through a different channel, while enjoying the process of getting there, which is exactly what I am doing now.

As for those people who had been lied to? or scammed? by this plan, all I can say is learn from it. Yes, you can complaint and rant about it for the rest of your life, but if you do not learn why you had been scammed?, then you will still be scammed again by some other scams that comes along the way. There?? nothing worst in life than making the same mistakes over and over again.

That?? about it, my conclusion on the whole Lampe Berger agenda. Like I said, do what you wish with your money, nobody can stop you. My only advice to you is, do not just look at the all the nice promises and gimmicks you see with your raw eyes. Take a step back, ask yourself:

(i) Is this really something you want to do?
(ii) If the plan fails, will you be able to take up full responsibility?
(iii) Will you feel happy doing it?
(iv) Will it benefit everyone and yourself?
(v) Would you want others to do this onto you?
(vi) Will you be able to sleep safe and sound tonight?

If you answer NO to any of those questions above, you should be very clear what to do next- keep your day job!

yeah, dun simply listen to your upline…it's all cheated!!!……i'm one of the victim. From the beginning, i still a student in local university. One day, one of my so call ” friend” ask me to attend one seminar. According to her, this is a great opportunity to listen to the talk. The speaker is a very smart and successful person in life. Surely he will bring a lot of benefit to us. But she didn't mention wat is the purpose of the seminar. She didn't gave much time for me to consider and straight away arrange transportation for me and some of my friends to attend that seminar. At the moment, i believe my friend that the seminar will beneifit me. But, after that, i realise that this is a MLM business and so call network marketing. At the time, i didn't feel any interested in that business, but believe me, please don't ever go to that kind of seminar. U will easily be influenced and brainwashed. They came from a large group. There are a lot of members there, sure u will be catched. This is my real experience. After join the LB, i feel uneasy and disagreed with the tactics they are using. They usually use the relationship and trustee between you and your friends to win the business. After join about 1 month, i feel guilty, i can't even convince myself to do the business. I feel that is like a cheated games………The money that i invested is gone and cannot refund anymore………….So, friends, please think twice before you make a decision. I treat it as one of my biggest mistake in my life and i learn from it.

MLM business is mean that if the least person which join this business didn't find any people to join but if he still can earn money, that only can MLM business… If not all just BULLSHIT!
For example, Cosway , Amway and Elken can call is the tranditional and can earn money MLM business. Because they really selling the product! But for LB, is just cheat! WHat they sell? Lamp? Or a Bullshit Plan? And the person inside is so bad… The guy was damn bad…. Cheated women…..All are playboy! LB is just a cheated club!

not every MLM company is like that…what is good will last for long time…what is wrong will never last for long..time can prove everything. Example Amway. Amway is a really good comapany…this company awarded BrandLaureate 2006-2007.” Laureate mean “one that is worthy of the greatest honour or distinction”. Pick the right comapny and understand what is MLM and the company background and the marketing plan.

from my opinion, MLM, LB or any business network is not a scam. If u really can do it, u will successful like those guys on top. but the question here is….CAN YOU REALLY DO IT?? do u know how many ppl join and struggle and only a handful get to be on top?? what makes you think you will be the one on top? Wat Chuan says is true, it's ur own money, you can use it however you want. If u wanna give urself a shot to be on top, when u faied one day, those company will say THANK YOU to u for paying the membership fees and etc..hehe

SYN is really a good company? u ask 10 person, they all will told u that was a damn shit company….Yup, not everyone can do that business.. you know why? The person which can success just because they bring a lot ppl inside….The money they earn act is the member that they bring in giv them also…. If not i ask you, how they earn money! Now they targeted the market to Malay ppl alr…u know why? Just because all chinese alr didn't trust them… They hard to wash chinese brain alr… So they try to change target for the Malay fren…. one thing for sure, this is a scam… only brainwahsed person will say no… i've been inthis hell and out of it soon enough to still be rational and i really thank god for that… at least not losing frens, money and time like others… phew~~~

very agree… this is a true story that same with my own as well… if u wanna go such seminar, make sure your mentality is strong or else u'll be brain washed. when u are brainwashed, whatever we say here become bullshit and whatever they do is best. u'll never admit you are in the wrong world coz you are desprate to find your victim at that time…

and it takes a lots af sacrifice to get out of the hell. lost frens, time, money and etc. and when you recall what you had done previously you'll feel very guilty to your frens and if you recall what had you said previously when you are brainwashed, you'll feel like want to beat urself. you can only realised the truth after long painful spell.

and when you are out of the hell, you feel very sorry to see those people who are newly cheated and feel sympathy for those who are argueing with you when you telling the truth on how dangerous this thing can be… you feel all these coz you had saw everything about it…

semuanya kena ada usaha yang berterusan… kawan awak tu mmh dah tau dia kena usaha then baru dapat.. mmg tak mustahil boleh dapat 20k sebulan sebab saya dah dapat 21k dlm 2 minggu.

I've been involved in the Network Marketing industry for a year, and currently earning RM800 per day from this. Since I joined in Jan 2008, I only spend my weekends for this, as I spend my weekdays working. I will not reveal the name of my company here.

Network Marketing is the best way to launch one's business career. Refer to Robert Kiyosaki video clip on 'Why Network Marketing?' on Youtube. It provides you the platform to enter the business world, with very low start-up costs. With proper mindset, effort, and actions, you can definitely succeed.

However, most Network Marketing companies in Malaysia are either scams, or even if they're not scams legal-wise, they're either forbidden in Islam, or have weakness in terms of their products, or compensation structure, that makes it difficult for one to succeed in making money through it.

However, there are only two network marketing companies in Malaysia that has perfect products and compensation structures. Both legal and allowed in Islam, and have good business features. I don't guarantee that you can succeed with it, of course you still need to put in the right effort and strategy, but the business model does make it easier for you to succeed.

There are only THREE network marketing companies in Malaysia, that you can trust – AMWAY, BIONUTRIC/I-LINKAGE, or SUCCESS UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA. The rest are BULLSHIT. Especially LAMPE BERGER. I'm saying this, honestly, as a neutral, and as someone who's experienced and have succeeded in Network Marketing and also other businesses. Honestly, you can have my word on this.

I do know the facts and I'm experienced in the MLM and Network Marketing industry, and I'm recommending if you want to make money through Network Marketing, DO NOT JOIN LAMPEBERGER/DCHL/SYN. There are too many features about it that makes it an absolute scam. Join one of the three I mentioned above.

You can be rich from it, if you put in the right effort and strategy, but once you become rich, you've ended up ruining many people's lives.

Here's the shocker, RZ Corporation, the company running SYN/DHCL/LAMPE BERGER, is actually an illegal company. You can refer to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs website. It has been illegal for a year now. It's JB branch has been closed down, and is running illegally as we speak.

sudah lar…enough all this complaining. When we as an adult will stop complaining if things doesn't go our way? Be it you join LB, SYN, Amway, Network21, Cosway, Easyphamax, whatever MLM you come across will be the same thing. Consider yourself lucky if you have a good upline or mentor to guide you. Else you will have a rough start in the business.

Have you ever come across an MLM company that gurantee you can money even if you doing nothing? None. Have you read books? Read books from successful people. They are the proof that the system works. If you listen to a loser, you will be always be a loser. Listen to a winner, you will be always be a winner.

I am not endorsing any MLM business. MLM is just another way of making money. You can find good people and bad people in any business. You can find nice mamak restaurant that the waiters treat you like king and you also can find a mamak restaurant that treat you like a piece of shit. You can fuck that latter but can you said all mamak restaurant is the same? NO. Use your brain. Don't use your ass when thinking.

Can anyone tell me why is RZ Corp. Sdn. Bhd. AJL 931127 not renewed? ref- kpdnhep AJL listed company list. I also doing partime MLM marketing and doing quite well but you have to work in order to get returns… This DCHL/ RZ Corp. is just a big scam where you have to put down a very hefty sums of money in order to generate down line which i fine very ridiculous. WHAT?? RM 70.00 for an EDC card, RM 80.00 for a starter kit (no p.a. insurance for distributors) and in order for one to star recruiting and buy from the company you have to become a franchisee another RM 2345.00 which now going for and limited time offer for RM 1500.00. In a MLM that im in now i earn pv's which in return i earn bonus commissions paid in cash directly into my bank account. I feel sorry for anyone that got suck into DCHL/RZ Corp. for me it's all a scam and for those who are going to be or consider joining i suggest that do some research first.

Hi all negative & positive bloggers! I'm doing MLM business as my living cos only through MLM that someone can become “someone”. It's easy to succeed in this MLM Business. You just need, first, a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, secondly u choose the RIGHT COMPANY! The point is that, choose a company which offers NO RISK, FAST RETURN & HIGH RETURN concept. It's easy to think laaa frens (especially to those who have joined DCHL/Lamp Berger/SYN or whatever related..), if one company offers you RM3,000 and with that RM3k paid once in a lifetime onlu, your POTENTIAL INCOME is RM140,000 per month! Would you be very STUPID to go to a company which ask you to dumb RM30K or higher after they get your RM2,500 member fee??? …LU PIKIR LA SENDIRI…

Scam?.it's all probability guys..not all people can do it (2 out of 5). Their approach of 'no better occupation than theirs' make me thinking..then all people should join this!! (quit school?maybe). Had use it before, but the perfume dried up quickly. And their concept about 'purifying the air' is actually drying up our money. If you after the world, you might as well get it (masyukkk). Seriously, Allah SWT gives us brain to think. To work. To serve. To give back to society. To earn our money implicitly.

It seems theres as many Dato's in Malaysia as there are Sergeant in the Police Force. And you are only earning RM800 per day? That is what I earn per hour (USD). And all because of TRUE franchise business of FOOD industry.
No matter what items / product you're selling to people, they always need food – from richest to poorest. All need food…and that is true business.

What ever biz u guys doing..no one ever guarantee ur money cash back..operate food shop..pharmacy..clinic..all NEVER guarantee your money back if you Do Not Learn or Work on your biz.

What ever MLM you doing, if you learn sincerely and all that..you will be successful maybe not financially, but as a human being.

Ive been in DCHL for over a year. I started off with Franchisee and i went up to Count in just 2 months. I didn't pump in 30k. And neither my network. I tell them if you want to build up, u go ahead. If you want to speed up, make sure you can pay back the money. That's all.

So for those who pumped in 30k to be a count before..do not accuse your upline or side teams if you cannot get back your money. Think back where've you made your mistake.

LB, Estebel & ED Pinaud..are all good products. Use them..then u can talk to your friends about the products. If you don't use them, meaning you are lying to your prospects when you talk about the products.

To be successful and problem-free in Network Marketing, u must have a mindset of willing to learn. Don't get too excited about the marketing plan. Products are always 1st, the biz plan is just a guideline of where the hell are you in the biz. That's all.

Now, I have over 1500 people in my network. Never I asked them to pump in large sum of money if they don't understand how to move first.

I have a friend..he dumped in 30k+ to be a Count..he paid back the money in just 1 month. It happenned in front of me..it was incredible. Strategy is also an added bonus in Network Marketing. Same goes to when you open a shop. Nobody wants to open a shop facing a garbage dumpsite..rite? So..it applies to everything.

Friends..be sincere. Profit comes in once, Friendships are always till the end.
