You really can’t blame KWSP for not disbursing the money to Nayan Ahmad. Nayan Ahmad who is withdrawing for his child’s kidney failure treatment had failed to submit the relevant documents for the withdrawal process, even though he had been reminded twice by KWSP.
It’s pretty clear in this situation that it’s the parents’ “negligence” that contributed to the delay.
And of course, when it comes to money, the medias being what they are, would definitely want to blow the problem out of proportion just to get more eyeballs.

Mngr Ghr, I suggest that you follow up with the KWSP officer who is in charge of your account. Get his name and contact number.
Ensure that you keep proper documentations of the transactions and paper trails so that you can highlight your case if something goes wrong. Don't save money on photocopies.
You can never be too careful when it comes to your own hard-earned money.
