Doc A: You know, I almost had to cancel the family vacation this coming New Year.
Doc B: You mean your family trip to Shang Hai?
Doc A: Yeah, been planning it since last year, but lost quite a bit of money in KLSE.
Doc B: Then, trip cancelled?
Doc A: Nope, luckily this few weeks got a few patients that I can perform operation on.
Doc B: I see, times are hard these days, even for doctors.
