How do you get serious with your goals/resolutions?
The answer is simple: Write them down. Write them all down.
I have often thought that you can just start visualizing them in your mind, and soon enough, it will be built-in in your memory and you will program every cells of your body to work towards it.
Nothing is further from the truth.
That is why, the most effective way of focusing and reminding of yourself on your goals is actually to write them down or print them out on paper. Black and white, like a contract. This way, you get to see it everyday and start to actually realize that it exists!
Unwritten goals are just like jokes over the bar stools, you forget it the moment you wake up the next morning.
Well, that’s assuming that you have a goal to begin with ;-)
