Trapped in a Bookstore again…

I thought I could resist the temptations of getting the next round of reading materials until the next pay day (28th), I was wrong. On the 26th, I purchased another 4 books, 3 of them for me and another one’s a story book for my little brother.

The first one’s a bestseller, and has been recommended by a few colleagues of mine, and definitely a good read! (after going through the first chapter)
The Millionaire Next Door

The 2nd one was a “Value Buy” ( a book that I have been seeing quite often on various financial/business sites)
ALL Business is Show Business

And another is by a local author, which I is the second book I am getting from the same author- Ong Eu Jin. The title’s Trusts in Financial Planning. (oops, it’s not listed in Amazon, yet)

So much to read, so little time…

Heh…it’s a Chinese Storybook, with lots of colorful pictures. I actually wanted to get him the book which explains how some Chinese proverbs are “invented”… but I guess there are not enough pictures in there.

Morale of the story: To sell Children Books, you must have lots of colorful pictures, and less words. (think comics)

The Millionaire Next Door is a good book, it’s raelly a book where you can read on those “real rich” ppl habit.

It’s either you spend a small sum to buy that 20 years of research, or you do your own 20 years of research.

    Enjoy!
