Genting International PLC?? public offer of 50 million shares was 13.8 times subscribed, and the integrated resorts company has decided to over-allot 101.9 million shares to this tranche, it said in a statement on Dec 9.
The initial public offering (IPO), launched on Dec 2, received 22,065 applications for a total of 691 million public offer shares at the close of the public offer at 12 noon on Dec 8.
