30-days Challenge: Before Sunrise

Yawnnn… this is the 6th day I am reporting to “Breakfast Club” at 7:30 am. The objective of the “Before Sunrise” challenge is:

1) Get more things done hence increasing daily productivity

2) Re-tune my biological clock. I find myself sleeping as early as 11:30 pm, something which I have not done for the past few months (usually only knocking off around 1 am…)

3) To review daily activities and discuss about problems and issues that requires help from other “Breakfast Club” member.

4) Most importantly, to instill a habit that will directly affects the achievement of the goal I’ve set this year.

And this will ultimately affects the frequency of me updating this blog, as I will be spending more time “offline”. :-P

    To think that some people laughed when I mentioned I go to bed around 10.30 or 11.00pm.I always had the problem of waking up late for work and being sleepy in the office. Then one fine day, my mom said “If u sleep earlier, u can wake up earlier and won’t come home from work all cranky my stoopid son”, okay, maybe not her exact words. Nevertheless, damn man, I felt like an idiot. Such a simple idea and I missed it. Trying to be an overachiever and sleeping late to get things done resulted in me being an underachiever.So, my advice, start early, and push to finish ur shit by bedtime. If ur not done, ur too slow and need to catch up the next day, so get some rest.
