Xda II or Fujitsu Lifebook

pda vs laptop

I never thought such a day will come, but alas, it’s a good thing nevertheless.

I’ve not bought a handphone for the past 3 years, thanks to my job scope in my current company. The last phone I bought was the Nokia 3210…

I have used more than 20 different mobile devices over the past 3 years and I am now finally going to apply all the experiences I’ve had with these devices and make a conclusion on which is the best value for money. Yes, budget is a constraint here. Alas, I have these to say regarding some of the most popular brands.

I won’t buy a Nokia, their casing and ergonomic designs are as bad as toys made-in-China.

I won’t buy a Motorola, their software and usability is so bad you might as well use it with your eyes closed.

I won’t buy a Samsung, their J2ME implementations is simply out of this galaxy and there’s always something missing. Bluetooth, Samsung users?

I might buy a Sony Ericsson, or an XDA-II.

I will also need to get a Fujitsu Lifebook.

My budget for these devices will be RM 4,000.

1) Get the XDA II, then I can’t have the Lifebook.

2) Get the Lifebook, then I will have to stick to a low-end Sony Ericsson.

Hmm…Options 2 sounds better for now. :-)
