So what’s the big deal with this screw anyway?
If you want to find out more how this screw is different from the one that you buy at the Hardware Shop, click here.
This screw is an effort to challenge the norm, to challenge the existing “good-enough” levels in the market, to let the consumer know that there’s someone out there that is constantly coming out with a better product to match what they are currently using.
It’s also a reminder to us that if we took the trouble to look at exisiting solutions around us, we might be able to find a better way to do things, to improve the mechanics, the designs and make everyone else’s life slightly better. If there’s an effort to improve things, I am sure we will make this world a better place to live in. If we just take things as what it is, I guess it going to be quite boring.
However, I felt that not all things can be improvised. Just look at the traffic mess in Kuala Lumpur city area. Even if you have 101 ideas on how things can be improved, nobody’s going to do anything about it. In circumstances like these, I guess the only thing we can do is to accept reality, find a workaround, such as taking public transport to work, or don’t go shopping in the weekends. As long as we don’t accept the fact that traffic jams exist in Kuala Lumpur and go on complaining about it, we might be living a miserable live for as long as we live.
If you are tired of your current job, what do you do? Lament about it or do something about it?
