I left my previous job end of feb this year (n i still dont hv a job) because it just wasn't challenging enough and there wasn't enough demands to develop and improve. I hate getting stuck doing something that gets me nowhere... whether its salary wise or skill. There must always be improvement and the challenge of doing something new or better.
