Creative Advertisments

How come we don’t see such ads in Malaysia’s ads? Could it be due to the mundane syllabus in local advertising schools or due to dinosaur-ous creative directors running the agencies.

Anyway, this blog contains some of the most creative advertisement messages:

Uh-oh…Anyway, it’s not a direct attack against the advertising schools or prehistoric creative directors… I seriously believe we have talents that could have delivered similar results in the ads space, but I think the most limiting and discouraging factor would be the environment these superb talents are contained. You just can’t propose anything too out of this world, either your boss (who graducated from any disciplines but creativity related) will ask you if you are still interested in the job or you are given 10 minutes to plan the ads campaign and spend the next 10 days regretting on the concept while executing it.Sigh…

You forgot to add the censorship board , they decide eventually what ads can be aired and which ones can’t.You can’t even copy great advert ideas from overseas if the local moral upholders don’t allow it.

Actually some ads here are pretty good, considering the limitations. Key word here being “some”
